Draft dated 20 October 2026. The publisher’s legal details, cancellation and refund terms, and obligations applicable in Senegal and target markets still require validation before commercial launch.
Request and confirmation
The form sends a personalisation request without an automatic order or payment. Kadoux confirms the template, plan, scope, price, delivery date and applicable terms in writing before payment. Follow-up uses WhatsApp messages or voice notes and email; phone calls are not the standard follow-up method.
Prices, timing and revisions
Plans and included services are listed on the plans page. Estimated delivery times begin after payment verification and receipt of all content. Kadoux confirms the final date before payment.
A revision round groups minor changes sent together: a typo, photo, sentence or included personalisation. A different template, new structure, added features or redesign are not included. Any extra charge requires your agreement.
Custom experiences require a quote specifying features, animations, timing, revisions and hosting.
Payment
Wave and Orange Money are available under instructions confirmed during follow-up. Kadoux validates payment manually by checking the transaction in the payment service. A screenshot alone is not sufficient proof. This website does not process payments.
Access duration and extensions
Your Kadoux is a personal digital experience, hosted online and accessible through a unique link for the period included in your plan. You may share the link with whomever you choose.
The access period starts when the final link is delivered. You will receive the expiry date: 30 days with Mini, 90 days with Signature, or as quoted for Custom.
- 30 additional days: FCFA 3,000.
- 90 additional days: FCFA 7,000.
Extensions require payment verification; there is no automatic renewal. Access closes at expiry. Data is not necessarily deleted on the same date: retention is a separate matter described in the privacy policy.
Rights and sharing
You retain rights to the texts, photos and other content you supply, subject to third-party rights. You must be authorised to use and share them. Kadoux retains rights to its templates, components and pre-existing creations unless specifically agreed otherwise. The service does not transfer ownership of the domain or source code. A personal link is not password protection.
Cancellation, refunds and removal
Specific cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed in writing before payment, taking account of production progress and applicable rules. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of refunds. Appropriate legal review is required.
To request cancellation, gift removal or data deletion, email [email protected] with your reference. Kadoux verifies your identity or authority to act before intervening. Unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights may require removal after review.
