How long will my gift remain accessible?
Mini: 30 days; Signature: 90 days, starting when the final link is delivered. The expiry date is provided at delivery. For Custom, the duration is in the quote. Extensions require verified payment.
Which revisions are included?
One round with Mini, two with Signature; as quoted for Custom. Each round groups minor adjustments sent together. Changing the template or structure, adding a feature or redesigning the visual style requires agreement and may cost extra.
How does follow-up work?
Primarily through WhatsApp messages and voice notes, or email. Phone calls are not offered as a standard follow-up method.
What is a Kadoux?
A personalised web experience to give through a link. The recipient discovers your words, memories and little interactions directly in their browser.
Do I need to install an app?
No. The gift opens in a phone or computer browser using the link you share.
How is the gift created?
Prepare your request on the website. We discuss the template, plan and details through WhatsApp messages or voice notes, or email if you prefer. You then send your content and we prepare the gift.
What is the delivery time?
Mini: 24 to 48 hours. Signature: 24 to 48 hours. Custom: timing agreed in the quote. Estimates begin after payment verification and receipt of all content. Kadoux confirms the final date before payment.
How can I pay?
By Wave or Orange Money. Instructions are shared during follow-up once your request is confirmed. Payment is verified manually in the payment service; a screenshot alone is not sufficient. No payment is taken on this website.
Which photos and texts should I prepare?
For Birthday Magic, prepare your message, letter and up to 5 photos with Mini or 15 with Signature. For A Date With You, focus on your invitation and date ideas. We will ask for files during our conversation.
Are the demos real gifts?
No. They use fictional people, stories and illustrations. They show the available interactions; your gift will use your own content.
Is an A Date With You response sent?
Not in the demo: no choice is saved or sent. The summary lets you explore the journey. Any real sharing in a future gift must be explained and explicitly accepted.
Will my photos be public?
People with a gift link can view its content. The link is not a password. Use only photos you have permission to share and do not include confidential content.
Can I request a different idea?
Yes. Choose Custom and tell us your idea. We will agree on what will be created and the price before any confirmation.
