The demos use fictional content. Choices in A Date With You stay on the page: they are not saved or sent. Reloading resets the demo.
Prepare a request
The form asks for your full name, email, WhatsApp number, preferred contact channel, recipient’s first name, template, plan and idea, plus an optional preferred date, relationship, main message, preferences and instructions. This information helps us understand your project and respond to you.
Your information is not saved in browser local storage. Copying the summary writes only to your clipboard at your request. Photos are not uploaded through this form; they will be requested during preparation.
Sending your request
Sending requires your explicit agreement. When enabled, the form sends your request to the Kadoux server, which validates the fields and anti-spam check, then uses Resend to email [email protected]. Your email is used to reply to you, not for marketing subscriptions.
Cloudflare Turnstile may load at submission to prevent automated requests. No advertising or audience analytics tool is enabled on this website.
Correspondence is kept in the mailbox used to process the request and prepare the gift. Email us with any questions or erasure requests about these exchanges.
Sharing a gift
Anyone with a gift link can view it. Share only content you are authorised to disclose. Do not use the link for confidential information.
In the A Date With You demo, sharing consent is only a test. Any actual sharing of responses in a gift must be explained and explicitly accepted by the recipient.
Retention and deletion
Gift access duration (30 days for Mini, 90 for Signature or as quoted) is separate from data retention. The precise retention periods for requests, content and records are being defined and must be confirmed before commercial launch. Automatic deletion at link expiry is not currently enabled.
You may request access, correction or erasure of your information at our contact address. We verify your authority to act, then review the data and applicable retention duties. Provider copies and backups must also be considered.
Providers and advertising tracking
Cloudflare provides hosting and anti-spam; Resend sends email and LWS receives it. Processing may involve international transfers: provider terms and applicable formalities still require review for Kadoux. No Meta Pixel or Conversions API is installed. Any activation will require information and applicable consent; personal texts, photos and private responses will not be sent to advertising platforms.
